Pacific a flower art

 Pasifica flower.

 This week we have been making Pasifica flowers. They are really fun. 

First we had to draw flower petals and decorate them with Pasifica drawings. I had to go over them with vivid and then dye them.

I cut out the petals and glued them on a black piece of paper .

We had to weave black and white paper strips together to make the middle part of the flower.

when finished we put the flowers on display.

Book Trailer Witches

For the past two weeks we have been doing  book trailers.
They are so hard but in the end it is so easy and I finished on the last day. Here's mine.

Here is my self assessment.

All Black Day

Today were having all black day. And were having it because were celebrating the all blacks and the rugby world cup i dressed up in black but i hate rugby but didn't want to be the odd one out and its sort of like mufti and i like mufti so it means we don't haft to wear our uniform.

Limricke Poem

We have been doing some Limerick Poems. I love Limerick Poems they are fun. Heres mine.
First you have to chose a sentence Example like there was a man from the west then you hafe to
find a word that rimes with west then you can chose a word that dosent rime with west Example like ganglion then you rime back with west. then your done.

There was a man from the west

And he always  wanted to have a fest.

he was a minion

he was one in a gazillion   

he loved to do a test.

Digi Awards

At school we have been doing Digi Awards we tried hard to do a blurb so heres our blurb

During term 2 we learnt about everyday heroes. And different types of heroes like everyday heroes and idols. We planned what we would do and then we made a storyboard because we picked ripple effect we had to learn the lines and then rehearse them. First We did a plan about who is an everyday hero and why and  what are there jobs and what they did. We planned out our actions and then we practiced our script. We worked completely collaboratively to try and encourage people to become everyday heroes.

Something I learnt is everyday heroes can be ordinary people that can do extraordinary things.
